What we do with your details.
Short version: we collect your name and email so we can send you a guide and keep you posted while we build this. We don't sell your data, we don't share it with advertisers, and you can have it deleted whenever you like by asking.
What we collect
Only what you type into the form on this site: your name and email address, whether you are a rescue parent or a rescue organisation, and, if you choose to fill them in, your rescue's name and location, and anything you write in the free-text box. The last two are optional and the form works without them.
Why we collect it
- To send you the guide you asked for.
- To email you occasional updates as EcoFurChild is built.
- To understand what rescue people actually need, so we build the right things.
Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time.
Who sees it
Us. This site runs on Shopify, so your submission is stored on Shopify's systems, and we use email software to send messages. Those providers process data on our behalf. We do not sell your details, rent them, or hand them to advertisers.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or until we stop building this, whichever comes first. If you unsubscribe we keep only the minimum needed to make sure we don't email you again.
Your rights
If you are in the UK or the EU you have the right to see what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to us using it. Ask and we will do it. There is no process to go through and nobody will try to talk you out of it.
Cookies
This site uses the cookies Shopify needs to function. If we run advertising we may also use measurement cookies to see whether an ad brought someone here. You can block cookies in your browser and this page will still work.
